MARK McNAMEE was raised in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming where he gained a broad knowledge of both farming and ranching operations.  In 1997, Mark graduated from World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City Iowa, and later that same year embarked on his real estate career.  Since that time, he has assisted both buyers and sellers in several farm and ranch real estate transactions in addition to multiple farm/ranch equipment and livestock auctions.  Mark’s versatility in all facets of farm and ranch marketing, including single and multi-parcel real estate auctions, has created the opportunity to provide his clients one-stop shopping when considering all their real estate, equipment, and livestock liquidation needs. 

In order to better serve his real estate clients, in 2009 Mark attended the necessary courses provided by the National Auctioneer Association to obtain his AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate) designation.  The knowledge gained through this course enables Mark to provide his clients with a broader knowledge base in all facets of real estate auction from advertisement and preparation to financial evaluation of commercial and agricultural properties to dividing properties in to several parcel and offering them in different combinations in order to maximize the return on each clients investment while allowing all buyers to make purchases that appeal to them.

DENVER GILBERT was born and raised in Buffalo, South Dakota, on his family's large cow/calf operation.  He attended college at the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming, where he majored in Ag Business and was a member of the UW College Rodeo Team.  Denver operated his own construction business before obtaining his real estate license in 2004.  Denver's extensive knowledge of the western Dakotas, Eastern Montana and Northeastern Wyoming has aided many clients in the sale or purchase of over one hundred thousand acres of quality ranch land in this vast area of the country.  Still active in ranching himself, Denver relies on his experience when working for people selling the family ranch as well as buyers looking to purchase good working ranches.  Denver is licensed in Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota, and North Dakota.

TANDY DOCKERY brings her positive perspective of the benefits of living in a rural community to the Lusk office of Clark & Associates Land Brokers, LLC.  She is a 1992 graduate of Niobrara County High School and obtained her Associates Degree with an emphasis in Business from Eastern Wyoming College.   Tandy and her husband, Matt, live east of Lusk where they are actively engaged in the ranching business.  Tandy and Matt have two children, son, Dax and daughter, Lexie.  She is an active leader in her children’s 4-H club, coaches middle school girls basketball, and is a member of the local PEO chapter.  Tandy brings many positive qualities to our firm including teamwork, public service, and a high level of dedication to future buyers and sellers of the residential and commercial properties.  Tandy is licensed in Wyoming.

Daughter of a Navy Seal, LYNN SANDVICK was born in London, England.  Although she and her family lived all over the world, most of her childhood was spent in Europe, and she is fluent in Italian and Spanish.  She attended Pepperdine University on an academic scholarship and upon graduating with a finance degree, went to work for Dunn & Bradstreet in Charlotte, North Carolina as an actuary assistant.  After leaving Dunn & Bradstreet, she went to work for Enron Oil & Gas as an engineering technician.  Her math skills afforded her the opportunity to work with five senior engineers doing simulation studies to determine productivity on wells in the Big Piney Basin of Wyoming.   In 1996, she married Larry Sandvick, a top PRCA bareback rider, and was introduced to ranching, farming, rodeo, and all other aspects of rural life.  For the past ten years, they lived on a 6,000 acre ranch, in Alzada, MT where she managed the day-to-day ranch operations while her husband was competing in rodeos.  Lynn, Larry, and their three children, daughter Josey and sons Dylan and Wyatt, now live on a farm they recently purchased in Worden, MT.  Lynn’s financial base as well as her experience in the ranching industry will prove to be a strong asset to Clark and Associates Land Brokers, LLC.  Lynn is licensed in Montana.

CHAD REISIG was raised north of Hardin, Montana in a small farming and ranching community.  He grew up on a small ranch raising sheep and cattle.  He has a love for training horses and has always loved the agriculture environment.  Presently, he is finishing his B.S. Degree in Business Management at Rocky Mountain College in Billings.  He is also a partner and has worked for the past 12 years for Reisig Agency, Inc., primarily selling federal crop/hail insurance in the states of Montana and Wyoming.  Chad has always had a love and passion for the agriculture industry and enjoys helping people who share that same interest.  He currently lives just outside of Billings with his wife, Tiffany, and two children, Taylor and Luke.  Chad is licensed in Montana and Wyoming.

SCOTT LEACH recently joined Clark & Associates Land Brokers, LLC as a sales associate.  Ranch-raised and an avid outdoorsman, Scott has worked on working ranches, guest ranches, and a few exclusive Wyoming hunting and fishing lodges as a big game, predator, and fly fishing guide, and was also an Orvis endorsed guide from 2000-2005.  He is currently general manager of a hunting and fishing ranch in Glendo, WY where he lives with his wife Sheila, son Chance, and daughter Kiersten.  Scott brings an extensive knowledge of both commercial and private outdoor recreation, farm, and ranch properties to Clark & Associates Land Brokers, LLC.

MIKE HOLLISTER was born and raised in Newcastle, Wyoming, where his grandparents owned and operated a cattle ranch.  Mike attended college at the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming, and was a member the UW College Rodeo Team.  After graduating with a degree in Agricultural Business, Mike moved to Montana and worked for a cattle buyer.  Before returning to Wyoming, Mike lived in South Dakota and Colorado, working in the agricultural lending business.  He currently resides in Rapid City, South Dakota, and is employed as an agricultural loan correspondent officer for the Bank of Wyoming, which is located in Casper, Wyoming as well as working for Clark & Associates Land Brokers, LLC as an associate broker.  Mike is licensed in Wyoming & Montana.

SHANE McGUIRE was born and raised in Platte County, Wyoming.  He grew up on the Muleshoe Ranch, west of Wheatland, where his family continues to operate a cow/calf operation.  The historic Muleshoe Ranch was purchased by Shane’s grandparents, Bernard and Edna McGuire, in 1949.  Following his grandfather’s philosophy that land is, and always will be, the greatest investment as well as his own love of the land, Shane chose farm and ranch brokerage as his profession and began his career in 1996 when he received his Wyoming real estate license.  Shane takes a great deal of pride in bringing the upmost satisfaction to both buyers and sellers during all aspects of completing a real estate transaction by building a solid relationship with clients and customers.  Shane lives in Torrington, Wyoming with his wife, Vanessa, and children, Chelsea and Branden.  Shane is licensed in Wyoming.

SUSAN FULLMER was raised in Pine Bluffs Wyoming.  Her family is active in farming and ranching which has helped her gain a basic knowledge and passion for the ranching way of life and the people who pursue it.  She is a real estate appraiser as well as a licensed realtor.  Prior to obtaining her real estate license in 2005, she was a project manager for a construction company in Pine Bluffs. Her real estate experience includes vacant land, residential and farm and ranch.  Susan embarked on her appraisal career in 2006. Casey Hunter was born and raised in southwestern South Dakota and lived on a ranch with a large cow/calf and yearling operation.  After high school, Casey served four years in the Army where he received an Honorable Discharge and then returned home to pursue his career in agriculture lending.  After two years with PCA/Farm Credit in Rapid City, South Dakota, Casey moved to Belle Fourche where he worked for First Western Bank as an agriculture loan officer, later serving as vice present of the bank.  During the 28 years of his banking career, Casey’s primary focus was on ranch operating real estate loans.  Casey retired from banking in 2008, moving to Hulett, Wyoming where he and his wife help her parents operate their family ranch as well as running a yearling operation of their own.  Casey’s unique experience in all facets of agriculture allow him to provide his real estate clients with unequalled service when considering buying or selling real estate as well as the day-to-day workings of agricultural operations.  Casey looks forward to putting his lifelong background in livestock and real estate to work for you.   Casey is licensed in Wyoming and South Dakota.
