• Located approximately five miles west of Harrison, Nebraska, this 2,812.55± deeded acre ranch has over one mile of US Highway 20 frontage. 
• The acreage is contiguous, consisting of native grass pastures. 
• Approximately 2,720 acres of the ranch are enrolled in the Grasslands Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) which generates an annual income of approximately $30,600 through 2038.
