Before his career began at Clark & Associates Land Brokers, Kevin Canaday spent nearly three decades in ag lending, loaning money across the Rocky Mountain West, Nevada, and Texas, covering ranches, farms, and rural properties. Kevin began his college career at the University of Wyoming but completed his degree at Colorado State University with a B.S. in Agricultural Business. Upon graduation, Kevin worked his way up the Farm Credit system, ending his ag lending career as a Regional Senior Vice President for AgTexas. Kevin’s region produced $750 million dollars’ worth of business. Kevin has also volunteered his talents, serving as the finance and budget coordinator at his church. He operates under the basic but often forgotten principles of integrity, honesty, respect, and a high level of customer service.

Feeling called to return to his home in the West, Kevin now resides west of Cheyenne, Wyoming. His passion for the West and the farming and ranching lifestyle has been lifelong. Kevin grew up on a ranch in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, and was involved in rodeo, hunting, fishing, and skiing. Today, Kevin enjoys being horseback, hunting, standing in a river with a flyrod, or traveling with his wife of nearly 34 years to see their three children and granddaughter. Kevin is licensed in Wyoming.
